IRB Air Valve Set

IRB Air Valve Set is a full valve replacement. Included in the valve complete is the cap with diaphragm, cap leash, valve with internal flapper, and the o-ring. The valve complete is threaded into the valve body. These are used on all IRB models.

To inflate, remove the cap to expose the flapper. Very little air will be able to escape past the flapper as the flapper allows air into the chamber, but not out. Using an Achilles valve adapter (C5102), filling the tube chambers is very easy. To deflate, the valve must be unscrewed from the valve body, but watch out as once unscrewed, the air escapes with a loud noise. The valve must be screwed down very tightly, which can make it difficult to remove for deflating.
