The function of the roll over pouch is to house the re-righting rope.
The back of the pouch is pre-buffed to be glued onto the tubes.
The pouch is to be affixed to the outside of the starboard buoyancy tube.
The D-ring attachment point for the re-righting rope is already fixed inside the pouch.
